Cook the compote of apples in different ways
Apple compote is the simplest fruit drink. Prepare it both from fresh fruits, and from dried raw materials. This article lists recipes for how to brew compote from apples at any time of the year, using products by season. Also presented are two ways of summer blanks of a fruit drink for the winter.

Such a drink is more saturated andnutritious. Compote is cooked most often, combining dried apples and other fruits: dried apricots, pears, raisins, prunes. The more components, the more interesting and fragrant is the "bouquet". To obtain a classic apple drink, keep the following proportions: 1 liter of liquid will require at least 150 grams of dry raw materials and 100 grams of sugar. Before falling asleep in the boiling syrup, rinse them several times with hot water to remove particles of dust and sand. Then put the pieces in a cooking pot and lower the heat. Fruits should be well-seasoned - 15-20 minutes. Apple compote is very often brewed in combination not only with other dried fruits, but also dogrose and hawthorn. As a result, an excellent therapeutic mixture is obtained for raising the immunity and strengthening the body as a whole, especially during the period of mass incidence of influenza and cold infections.

Rinse the washed fruits into four parts and removeinner core. Then place them in cooked to taste boiling syrup and cook over medium heat for 2-5 minutes. The denser and harder the flesh, the longer the treatment will be. Pour hot compote on sterile jars and roll them up. Do not forget to turn the glass containers, placing them on a soft surface upside down, and cover with a cloak. Store the drink in a cool place until the beginning of the next fruit season.

Such a drink can also act as aexquisite dessert. Apples are taken in a small size, with full confidence that they do not have a spoiled and wormy mass. Fill the clean jars (preferably 1-1.5 liters capacity) with washed fruit. Then pour a warm syrup (per 1 liter of 200 g of sugar) and put sterilized in water for 20 minutes. After that, immediately roll up the lids and turn upside down, properly wrap it for 1-2 days before cooling down.
