Safety first

The first and, perhaps, the most important thing to remember is that food should be of high quality! Wherever you sell it, cooked from expensive or cheap products, but food should be safe.

You must have all the necessary permits from the sanitary-epidemiological service, local government and even the tax authority. Everything should be honest, high quality and legal.

Today, simply unreal amount of hostesses prepare pies, buns, cakes, ready-to-cook foods, selling them without proper documents. This is in principle possible if you feed your friends or, say, your products are sold once or twice a month, if you are trying to make some money by preparing someone for a birthday cake. But if you decide to really and permanently make money on it, remember: all the documents for the products, both finished and those with which you prepare, should be.

Otherwise, it is fraught with fines, problems with the relevant authorities, the tax and even the police. And, of course, your conscience can suffer greatly. After all, it is difficult to sleep well at night, knowing that today you have fed 20 people with poor-quality food or slightly sour borsch.
