How to cook "Ankl Bens" from courgettes for the winter
- Bulgarian sweet pepper - 6 large pcs.
- Marrows young small - 1,5 kg.

- Ripe red tomatoes - 1 kg.
- Sunflower oil refined - 2/3 cup.
- Sand sugar - 2/3 cup.
