Take care of yourself in person. A.P.Chekhov

Norman Rockwell. Boy in a Dining Car, 1946.
The boy, who seemed to be no more than ten years old, entered the cafe and sat down at a table.
A minute later, a waitress approached him.
- What are you going to order?
- And how much is vanilla ice cream with nuts? - asked the child.
- Fifty cents.
The boy took his hand out of his pocket and counted the coins that were locked in his fist.
- Excuse me, how much will a simple ice cream cost without anything?
The waitress through her teeth, irritably threw:
- Twenty-five cents.
Visitors waited at other tables, and the waitress began to complain.
The boy counted the coins again and finally said:
- I, please, simple ice cream.
The waitress brought ice cream, casually threw the bill on the table and left.
The boy ate, paid the bill at the checkout and left the cafe.
